Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness for Corporate Leaders
This seminar aims at changing the outlook of how we perceive our jobs, from being a chore to becoming a space for creativity and self-evolvement. With constant disruptions and the increase in responsibilities and career demands, we find ourselves distracted from the true purpose of holding a job and fulfilling a role. Our job should be a joyful experience in order to reach our full potential in creativity, achievement and inspiration.
This seminar focuses on inner development to enhance imagination and emotional intelligence, which in turn will reflect outwardly in more focus, productivity, and career fulfilment. The seminar introduces tools and simple practices, including visualization and mindfulness, which will enable professionals to achieve career objectives. Participants will be doing exercises and holding discussions, the results of which will be shared with the entire group.
