Helping Your Clients With Tax Debts

This two-hour presentation will explore the benefits of using the options available in the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act. This includes proposals, consumer proposals & bankruptcies.

This presentation includes two case scenarios that illustrate how these options can be applied in real situations. Additionally, the participants will have the opportunity to ask questions from their own personal experiences. This will help them identify how an Insolvency Trustee can be integrated as part of a strategy in dealing with CRA.

In conclusion, participants will understand how and why Licensed Insolvency Trustees can be beneficial to their practice. Participants will learn how Proposals and Bankruptcies work, when each is applicable, and how to make the most of them.
