Her consultative approach began in 1999 with KPMG and has been honed with years of professional experience in helping organizations develop and implement systems to increase efficiency and profitability.
Claudia has experience in a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace, banking and financial, construction, professional services, non-profit, retail franchising, and municipal government.
Vitaly Timokhov is a partner at TaxChambers LLP. Vitaly practises exclusively in Canadian federal income taxation, with an emphasis on corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and cross-border taxation. Vitaly is admitted to practice law in Ontario, Alberta, and the State of New York. He has presented extensively on various issues concerning Canadian income taxation in the US and Canada at various venues, including the Canadian Tax Foundation, Federated Press, and American Bar Association. Vitaly is a member of Executive Committee of the International Tax Committee of the American Bar Association.
